The Bartscher WP230-EB 1/1S electric warming plate made of tempered SCHOTT® glass is an elegant and very practical solution for maintaining the temperature of food at buffets, banquets, food service and front cooking. Thanks to its universal design, it can be used as a stand-alone tabletop device or built directly into a work or serving table.
The surface of the plate is fully compatible with GN 1/1 gastronorm containers. The temperature can be easily and intuitively regulated using the Touch Control in 3 stages (50 °C, 70 °C and 95 °C). High-quality tempered glass guarantees high resistance, even heat retention and very easy hygienic maintenance.
